We're pleased to announce several new features at WikiPathways.

These new features are all part of the latest release (milestone 10),
and are now available at WikiPathways (http://www.wikipathways.org).

== New features ==
* Private pathways: You can now work privately or with select
collaborators on pathways that are unfinished or that contain
unpublished findings. Private Pathways are hidden from public view
until you are ready to release them. To learn more about Private
pathways, visit WikiPathways Help: http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Help:Private_Pathways
* Two new species have been added to WikiPathways, Oryza sativa ssp
japonica and Arabidopsis thaliana. The underlying databases are based
on information from Gramene (http://www.gramene.org/).
* The latest discussions are now displayed directly on the front page.
* We have installed the Social Rewarding extension to score and rank
pathways and user contributions. There's nothing wrong with a little
healthy competition, right? See the Help page for examples and a full
description: http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Help:Reward_Mechanism
