PathVisio 2.0 released

New in this release:
For this release, the import, visualization and zscore plugins have been
made part of the core program. After a long period of testing and
tweaking, we feel that these plugins have reached a mature and stable
state, and as part of the core program they will be easier to find and use.
The visualization plugin allows you to visualize experimental data on
top of pathways. This provides a way to browse through large datasets in
a biological context, which is more convenient than looking at large
spreadsheets. Z-score statistics lets you quickly find the pathway that
was most affected by experimental conditions.
We prepared a Visual Tour [2] that gives an overview of these new
features. See [3] for the download page.
Feedback and bug reports are welcome on our mailinglist [4]. In
addition, we're always looking for Java developers who want to
contribute, either new plugins or the core program.
