Wikipathways scripted Access

Hi Martin,
I know its pretty late but I was really interested in idea #5 as it
seems like some really useful tools could be developed. I was just
wondering about the nature of the webserver for scripted access. Is
it set up with standard mediWiki code or is it something completely
different. In the hopes of writing a somewhat specific proposal I was
hoping to take a look at the actual code and wanted to make sure I was
looking at the right thing.
