WikiPathways and PathVisio milestone 33 released

Today we released WikiPathways milestone 33 and PathVisio version 3.0.0.

This release contains major changes in the PathVisio application and important bug fixes in WikiPathways. Like always, the latest version of WikiPathways
is available at [1] and the latest version of PathVisio can be downloaded from [2]

New in this release:

PathVisio 3 provides a new plugin manager with basic functionality to install plugins from a central plugin repository. The repository and a new website for PathVisio will be released early next week. There are already around 10  plugins available for testing.
The new GPML2013a schema allows users to annotate interactions in pathways.
A new graphical shape, line, has been introduced. This line should be used as graphical element only and not as interaction.
Bug fixes in WikiPathways and PathVisio.
