Hi ,
I imported my MAPP file from GenMapp into Pathvisio2.0 but I am not
able to link my genes to the synonym database despite selecting the
Hu_41_36c database that I downloaded. Any help in this regards will be
appreciated.

Could you send us the mapp file you're trying to import? Then I'll take a look at it. Thanks!
