If I sign on for the Lite version, can I upgrade in the future to the
full version, using the same login credentials? Can I do this while
still in beta? If I do it after it comes out of beta, will I have to
pay for the full version or will I still have free access?

Yes, you'll be able to upgrade and use the same login credentials, but I'll have to do it for you manually at the moment. Just send and email to in...@wikipackit.com.
I'll honor the free forever for early adopters, but we're signing up so many accounts now that we're trying to get it out of beta ASAP :) Once it's launched, you'll be able to upgrade/downgrade from the account settings.
