Is it currently possible to control the order in which picture choice
elements are presented during a lesson? In particular I'm wondering
whether it is possible to have items presented in the same order they
are listed in on the edit page.

We could easily make some GET parameters [1] (which, to the user, could
be an option on the sidebar) to make this possible. Either we have
discussed this before, or I have discussed it within my head so much
that I feel like we talked about it. :)

Or, if we want the lesson author (not the user) to be primarily in
control of this, we could add a field to the ChoiceInteraction data
model (which then could be overridden with some GET parameters to the
lesson, optionally with a UI for accessing those parameters easily).

Such options could include:
* each frame in the order given (as you suggest)
* each group in order, but randomize frames within each group (the
current default)
* randomize all frames

I can't think of any other options that would make sense.

[1] by GET parameters, this would mean adding e.g. ?order=given to the
end of the URL of the lesson
