I've got draft curriculum outlines for all the A1 stages up online and
most of stage 1 for the A2 level written locally. If you can take a
quick look at what is there and let me know what you think, I would
appreciate some fresh eyes.

These are meant to focus on concepts and higher level learning goals
rather than specific vocabulary lists and topics. So "number/quantity"
rather than "animal names".

That looks nice for a first draft!

Some comments in no particular order:
- links to previous/next stage would help navigation
- maybe the learning goals broken down per lesson type should link to
the draft lessons otherwise it will be a bit confusing to newcomers (I
guess that's coming later :)
- is each item (e.g: Talking about length of time as student and/or in
this country/town in stage 3) meant to be one single lesson (to start
with) ?

Done.

Do you mean they should link to the lessons that actually teach those
lesson goals? Yeah, I'll add a "Lessons" section to the end of each so
we can collect them as they are added. We can replace hard links with
the search macro if/whenever that becomes available.

One or more. All of our lessons have practical length limits: the choice
lessons cannot be resumed so very long ones are unwieldy and while audio
lessons can be paused/resumed if listened to offline, you probably still
don't want to have one turn into a 3 hour tour when you could break it
up into a series of more bite sized ones.

Also, since we are not focusing on particular sets of vocabulary, we can
build multiple lessons to teach the same concepts and skills but using
vocabulary from different contexts, teaching above/below using plates in
a restaurants or feet under a table for instance.
