high pagerank for "example dialogues"

I was looking at our site statistics, and for whatever reason we have a
very high PageRank for the following search.

https://www.google.com/search?q=example+dialogues

Should we somehow take advantage of this? Maybe by adding a link to an
actual audio lesson now that we have audio lessons?

Another thing we could do is add a sidebar anytime somebody comes from a
search engine, welcoming them. Picture-choice wiki pages already have
such a sidebar, but text wiki pages do not.
