Wikilook does look up words in several languages; but by default it gives definitions only in English.

But you can direct Wikilook to use fr.wiktionary.org explicitly and pick up the definitions in French:
  • Right-click at the Wikilook button (add-on toolbar) to bring up the options menu; there  (on tab 'Parsers') you can assign ...
  • <Shift|Ctrl|Alt> + right mouse-click with any Wiktionary (or Wikipedia) you like. For a test I assigned <Shift>+right-click to fr.wiktionary.org; this worked very well - the definitions come up in French. You may prefer a different key or even change the default parser (1st input box).
Bonne chance!
