We are very happy to announce that Dr M Fabiana Kubke is the WikiEducator User Page Expo winner for April 2014. Let's learn more about her.

WikiEducator UPE Winner for April 2014

Passionate about Science and Education, M Fabiana Kubke is a research scientist and university biology teacher at the University of Auckland. She graduated as a biologist at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Further she did her Masters and PhD at the University of Connecticut. After 7 years working as a post-doc at the University of Maryland she relocated to Auckland New Zealand to join the University of Auckland where she continues. She maintains a blog at Building Blogs of Science which also shows up in Sciblogs.co.nz and in Talking Teaching. She is one of the co-founders of the Citizen Science New Zealand project, and volunteers in the olpc project.
