WikiEducator Code of Conduct - request for comment

This is a friendly reminder for those interested that a Code of
Conduct for WikiEducator is under development.
So far issues raised include:
* Scope and whether more than one code of conduct is required.
* Is "Code of Conduct" the right way of putting it?
* Is the current wording (of the 1st draft) suitable for WikiEducator?
