I am Gayathri Jayatilleke of the Open University of Sri Lanka. Dr Sreehder asked me to
contact you to get information regarding Easy now. CEMCA would like to get
your views on the experience of using Easy Now from all the participants. On behalf of
the CEMCA, I would very much appreciate if you would take some time to fill a
questionnaire.

I have attached the questionnaire and it will not take more than 15 minutes. Please
give your genuine responses to this questionnaire. If you prefer to answer the
questions by phone please let me know your telephone number and a convenient date for
me to contact you to get the information. I have attached Ms. Rukmini Vemraju's letter
as well.

I also would like to interview you to get additional information on Easy Now. Could you
please let me know your telephone number and a convenient time and date so that I'll
contact you.
