WikidPad should support external editor

For the wish-list: I think it would be handy (and not very difficult to implement?) to allow to configure and use an external editor for the pages. Users could define nice syntax highliting and could have almost live preview (via save in ext. editor, refresh in WikidPad).

 

The configuration should allow uses of environment variables, and path relative to WikidPad program dir or program drive (e.g. % TEXTEDITOR_TOOL" or "..\SynWrite\Syn.exe" or "\Tools\SynWrite\Syn.exe") . So path without drive letter is possible for portable use on USB stick.
