using mediawiki syntax and relative pathing breaks embedded images

Using wikidPad 2.3rc01
Windows 10

I have to use the full path name when embedding an image
[[file:/Users/USERNAME/Documents/WikidPad/D&DIdeas/files/bob.jpg|My bob caption]]

This is the link that is created when dragging an image into the editor.
[[file:///C:/Users/USERNAME/Documents/WikidPad/D%26DIdeas/files/bob.jpg]]


[[file:bob.jpg]]

[[file:/files/bob.jpg]]

The other wikidPad syntax allows relative paths as does mediawiki

This needs WikidPad's relative URL notation:

[[rel://files/bob.jpg]]


The "rel://" marks the following as path relative to the wiki directory.
