Dear authors,

We accept your paper for publication in the Semantic Web journal.
Congratulations!

Please find the reviews below as well as on the paper's page on the journal
website.

To submit the camera-ready version of your paper, log in as author and find
your paper under "My submissions" - follow the paper link to the paper's
page, and you'll see an upload link there. We require all sources and a pdf.
Please make sure that the editors/reviewers template beneath the title is
filled in with preliminary information (we will edit this) and that your
references section is polished according to FAQ10 .

Please take all remaining comments by the reviewers into account when
preparing your camera-ready files.

We expect your camera-ready version within 4 weeks, however if you require
more time, please let us know. After we receive your camera-ready version we
will do a final check of the manuscript and then transfer your paper to the
publisher for typesetting and publication. After typesetting the publisher
will send you a galley proof by e-mail and ask you to proofread the final
version. At that stage only final minor corrections can be made. You will
then also receive a link to an online order form which you can use to pay the
open access publication charge (APC) either on invoice or by credit card.
After you have proofread the final version and the APC payment has been done
then the paper will be published in the pre-press section of the journal
until it is allocated to an issue of journal and it receives its final
volume, issue and page numbers.

Sincerely,
Cogan Shimizu

# SWJ in a Nutshell #

The Semantic Web journal is an open and transparent journal. The full
manuscripts, metadata, names of the reviewers (if they do not op-out), their
reviews, names of the assigned editors, and manuscript decisions are public
and will be made accessible within a Linked Data-based knowledge graph as
well as secondary data products such as document embeddings via machine
learning techniques. Rejected manuscripts can be depublished on request from
the journal's webpage. Nonetheless, they may have already been indexed and
copied by third parties such as search engines outside of our control.
Volunteered community reviews are welcome. Different paper categories have
explicitly stated review criteria that have to be addressed by authors and
reviewers. According to our 2-strike rule, a paper has to receive at least a
minor revision decision after the second round of reviews, otherwise it will
be rejected.
