Issues with Articles....

Hi I am HP Bloomer. I am currently a Artist in Residence at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. I am working with our Gallery coordinator in collecting information on artists in the Arrowmont permanent collection. I wanted to have this information double up and be used on Wikiclay but I am having issues with wikiclay and getting articles in the appropriate location. None of the tutorials work and there are no step by step documents telling me how to get the artist articles to appear in the artist section. What is the appropriate manner in which to do this?
