Gentle SF Bay Area wiki folk,
I wanted to let you know that the Etherpad Foundation is holding a
meetup for the worldwide Etherpad hacker community in San Francisco on
March 12th:
http://beta.etherpad.org/p/usa2013
We're feeling like we've got enough folks coming already, so don't feel
obliged to attend or publicize the event, but if you or someone you know
is interested in open source realtime collaborative editing, ping me for
more context and/or jump onto the pad and RSVP.
I've been a big fan of Etherpad since before it went open source, and
I've been running MeetingWords.com, a public Etherpad service, for a
couple of years. Recently I've also been playing with a wikilinks
plugin. Etherpad + wiki is pretty awesome, and I'm plannig to do more
with it in the future.
