If I edit it in Cygwin (vi) or TextPad, those two programs see the changes, so it's getting written to disk somewhere. But if I "type" the file in a DOS cmd shell, it looks like the file hasn't been changed at all.
Due to security features introduced with Windows Vista (UAC) any non-Administrator program that tries to write to protected locations such as "Program Files" will get their writes caught and redirected to an alternative "user friendly" location.
The Program Files folder is protected by Administrator rights. In Windows XP and earlier, most people ran as Administrator all of the time. Many programs assumed this was the case and did all their work in the Program Files folder.
I am unable to edit the program schedule, I have behavioural therapy, workshop safety introduction, carpentry apprenticeship, and spiritual guidance running with two prisoners, but it will not let me edit the scheduele so most are at 1 and 2 AM when they will have terrible focus due to sleep needs.
Except, edit files in Program Files or Program Files(x86) folders, and I have LOTS of apps and games that require manual editing of configuration files, also I like to program, and to mod games, and also can't edit files there.
The program is great! and your support is amazing! I experienced a bug on the steam version on with I was not able to merge subtitles with the video, but I contacted the support and you guys sent me a licence key for the website version of the program! This versions works flawless!! this is one of the best video software that I've ever used! thanks for the great product and the amazing support! keep the great work!
Excellent program and does just what I need in the way of converting the mts files I am using to the Quicktime format I need for the finished product. Also the editing tools are simple and intuitive for helping me pick out the scenes and getting them ready for converting.
The video-editing program has a rather impressive set of tools for a wide variety of purposes in its arsenal [...] You get all the video editing essentials, plus [...] Beat Detection, Noise Removal, Quick Video Creation, which turn video-making into an easy process. No software in this price range can beat the offer with a better toolkit.
Working on an XRC Arc World and am trying to delete some old jobs out of it. I get Error 2100: Job cannot be edited.
I am in mangaement mode and not sure why I get this. I also get this when trying to edit lines in a few of the older programs.

Box Edit opens files from Box.com according to the default program set on your computer. Box Edit downloads the file, reads the settings that your computer has in place for that file type and then launches the appropriate program.
NOTE: There are some exceptions to this. Certain file types like .csv's have multiple options to determine the appropriate program. If you are still experiencing this issue with the correct default program set after following the steps above, please collect your Box Edit logs and open a ticket with our Support team.
I have a RPGLE program as below which has tags AD11 for date 220318 , but for other dates like 220317 and 220323 there are no tags. Is there any CL command that can insert AD11 tag for other two dates ? Or is there any program that can be written to insert tags if there is no tag present in position 1 to 4, based on the dates fed as input parameter?
While some companies build project timelines by creating calendar items directly in the project's Program tool, others integrate their own program file from a third-party software (such as Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject or Oracle Primavera). For customers using third-party tools, you can integrate an existing program with a project managed in Procore by uploading the project program into Procore so that all members in your project can view a read-only version of the project program.
Currently you can only edit the Percent Complete field of an integrated program using the Procore mobile application. See Update the Percent Complete for a Program Task (Android) and Update the Percent Complete for a Program Task (iOS). All other edits to the program must be made in your third-party software (e.g. Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera) and then be uploaded again to the project's Program tool in Procore. See the following articles to learn how:
The only other information I can think that may be useful is I was playing around with triggering run once programs using a URL string ie. ( address/cr?pw=password&t=[240,180,360,0,0,0,0,0] ) which appeared to work fine, this was before I tried scheduling a program and having the issue mentioned.
Transform your text prompts into audio commentary with Text to Speech. Pick from a variety of AI-generated voices, then translate your results into more than 70 languages. It also works the other way around: create subtitles by simply letting the program go through your voiceovers.
However, if you are editing the content of your emails beyond updating the year, I would suggest to add an end date to your original emails (assuming from your description you are indeed running an engagement program) and create new emails that become available from Jan 1st. With differing content, you would want to evaluate how the new version performs against the old one.
I have created a simple sound preset with Macros for Bank Change MSB, Bank Change LSB, Program Change and Volume (CC7). The ordering of these macros is important, you will run into issues if bank changes are not listed/sent before the program change value.
Next, I create two lock states, one with all the program and bank values as "0" and another with the desired bank and program change messages. I need to create the 0 state lock because Maschine will not resend parameter values which have not changed, so flipping between these 0 values and intended values will force resending of the correct program&bank changes.
I too use Qimage for all my printing by exporting my Affinity retouched photos to jpg and then opening them in Qimage Ultimate. It was only in April 2017, seven years after the launch of Qimage Ultimate, that the author of QU started selling plugins for Lightroom, Photoshop, and Photoshop Elements that would enable printing via QU from within those programs. I was still using Elements at that time, but I didn't think the plugin functionality was worth $20 for my limited activity.
The General Announcements (GA) represents Rice's official curriculum. Each spring and summer, before the GA is published in August for the next academic year, all academic departments and programs are asked to review their curricular listings in the GA to ensure that their information and requirements are current and up-to-date.
As part of the GA Edit Process, academic departments and programs review and send their GA updates and edits to the OTR. The OTR will then make all updates to each department or program's GA text in the system. During the three rounds of edits, each department and program is asked to thoroughly read, review, and comment where appropriate on the following areas in their unique Programs of Study pages:
From the Undergraduate or Graduate tabs, the list of programs offered by the department or program will appear. Clicking on an individual program will list the requirements for that academic program.
With the implementation of CourseLeaf CAT (the Catalog Management System), the OTR has been processing all proposed edits through a standardized template/style guide for consistency between academic programs. Certain terminology regarding academic credentials, as well as the formatting of some requirements may be edited according to the template.
The faculty member's name as it is listed on the Faculty Tab for the department/program will match the way the name is listed on the full faculty listing of the GA, found here. The OTR will send requests such as these to the VPAA for their review. If approved, the name will be edited in each place it appears on the GA (the full faculty listing, and any department/program faculty tabs).
The instructions below explain how to successfully complete the proposal form for a program edit. This includes majors, minors, credit certificates, and non-credit certificates. If you want to propose a new program, please follow the instructions for how to submit a proposal for a new program. If you want to drop a program, please follow the instructions for how to submit a proposal to drop a program.
A prospectus is required for all undergraduate program proposals. For graduate program proposals, a prospectus is only required for new graduate programs or extending an existing graduate program to online delivery. A new prospectus proposal can be completed from the CIM Prospectus Management dashboard. Instructions on how to complete the prospectus form are found in the Prospectus Management User Guide.
The prospectus should be submitted and approved before the program proposal form is submitted to workflow for approval. However, you can begin work on the program proposal form in CIM while the prospectus is being reviewed. The work completed on the program proposal form can be saved and returned to in the CIM Program Management system.
Once logged in, you will see the CourseLeaf CIM Program Management dashboard. In the Search field, enter the program code or program name of the program that you want to edit. Then click the green Search Button.
Below the results table will be a preview panel of the currently approved proposal for the program. To propose changes to the program, click the green Edit Program Button that appears in the upper right-hand corner of the preview panel.
