ebay always provide coupons for new accounts,why they not concern about old ebay customers. these type of coupon offers only encourage negative response to the customers. people easily change their numbers and make fake accounts and use the coupons. they have some good policy for the new and old customers.they have to take care of old ebay customers also.
I totally agree with u aditya.I have been buying online for the past 3 years.no offers for regular customers like me.I have repeatedly told eBay and snapdeal what about ur old trusted customer and ur encouraging everyone to create false account to avail such offers.why not offer for old customers like us.

It occurs bcoz ; u have made many of new Id's on ebay.this is voilation of ebay Policies. U could chchk that 3-4 accounts of urs have been blblocked.Just made id on other phone, then coipon shall probably be applied.
