I am finding that if I have a landscape document that Nitro won't print it in landscape, instead prints portrait and then cuts the right edge off the page. If I open the same PDF in Acrobat and print to the same printer, it prints landscape. Has anyone else noticed this or am I unique?
The print orientation issue that you raised is a known bug in 11.0.7. A case has already been created and our Product/Engineering teams are currently working on a fix. As mush as I would like to provide an ETA, it is not yet available to everyone.

For example binding Sculpt or Flatten or Smooth to anything does not work. Would also be nice to have hold options, so you can just hold shift, alt, f, s, etc. to access different functions when painting the landscape.
Basically, my setup is this:
Main Monitor: Main window with docked viewport (in non immersive mode, but I have it maximized)
Other Monitors: I use to have other undocked windows for things like Details, Layers, Modes, Toolbar, Content Browser, etc.
I have a fair number of .odt files that are oriented landscape, not
portrait. I have a great deal of difficulty getting them to print correctly
with Libreoffice. Usually I have to export them as pdf files and then print
them.
Coincidentally, I recently reinstalled Opensuse 11.1 (with Evergreen) on a
server, and of course, it was still using Open Office. The very same files
I had trouble with LibreOffice printed just fine with OpenOffice.
I just recently encountered this problem trying to print a spreadsheet in landscape from LibreOffice on 11.4. I finally saved the file as an xls file, opened it in Excel 2007 running in Wine, and it printed just fine in landscape. So I agree it is a LibreOffice problem, not a CUPS issue. My printer is an HP Laserjet P2035.

I have found that, where landscape does not print properly, Printer settings>Properties still shows Portrait; changing this and then saving the document has normally resolved the problem. Unfortunately, it appears to affect all files saved as landscape with an earlier version of LibreOffice.
My experience is that changing the orientation in Printer Settings is not enough. Documents will simply not print landscape so long as the printer language is PDF. I have also tried changing both settings and saving the document under a new name, and found that neither setting is saved in the new document.
The same problem here. With libre office Writer i have a landscape page and it doesn work. It prints it in portrait mode. I have to export to pdf and then with kpdf or okular print it. Its the trick i found waiting for the bug being solved.
We had this problem and I reported a bug as well. We came to the conclusion that the
problem relates to printer drivers ( we tried several flavours ) We get around it by
using PS printer drivers. Fortunately all are printer support that and they seem to work fine.
As I replied several posts ago, bugs have already been filed upstream. Two of the three bugs I linked to have since been closed as duplicates; the bug to watch is _bug.cgi?id=44664. And it is definitely not an openSUSE-only issue: the bug reports have comments from users of Fedora, PCLinuxOS, Arch Linux, Scientific Linux, and Gentoo.
Any updates on this from anybody? I am trying to show my class something new but it still (even when creating a copy of the original landscape material and turning on the Opacity Mask and placing it in the Landscape Hole Material Slot in the Details menu) is giving me a hole with a black-ish surrounding color. Rather frustrating and I have been trying multiple avenues to try and find a work around. Any new information is greatly appreciated.
Still broken in beta 6.5 for me. The views don't even show up in the view debugger. Was hoping it, being one of the required working features, would be working 3 days before this innovation only event.
It looks like NavigationView has a default navigationViewStyle of DoubleColumnNavigationViewStyle which is the master/detail view style. This causes the NavigationView to treat its first child view as the master view and the second child as the detail view. On the iPhone the master view would be shown so things looked normal in portrait orientation. In landscape it wanted to show the detail view which in my case was not set so it would show nothing. I finally figured this out when I ran my app on the iPad and my view showed in the left side of a split view with the right side empty.
Bumping this to the top now that smart lighting is a little more popular. Anyone else want this like I do? A well done system can increase curb appeal, home value, safety and security. Would love to see an offering from Wyze.
Would love to see some landscape lighting such as pathlights that are motion sensing. Could go a long way to help really pinpoint the motion detection for other devices, or be linked to turn on when other devices detect motion as well.
I am a HUGE Wyze fan with a product suggestion. I have several outdoor LED Landscaping Spotlights I use to shine light on my house and trees. If you guys can make a lamp you can make these. From a consumers point of view, I would need to purchase at least 12 of them. So this would be a great addition to the Wyze family of products. Make them WiFi capable with Solar Powered batteries and/or micro USB rechargeable. Obviously it would be awesome to be able to manage the dimness and color tone of these solar lights from the Wyze app. Maybe even implement the Wyze color light bulb in these so I could add color to my house during Halloween and Christmas. This is coming from the guy who suggested the Wyze Mapping Feature. I hope this helps.
Has Wyze considered making an outdoor version of the Wyze Night Lights? I have a long walkway outside my house and some nice-looking motion-sensored lights like the Wyze Night Lights would be perfect to line my walkway!
I agree with others on Wyze developing a new product with wired LED Low Voltage Landscape Spotlights and Pathlights, with adjustable Warm White & RGB that can be controlled in the app (similar to the XMcosy+ products).

Has there been any thoughf of making low voltage smart bulb lighting for landscape lighting set ups?
I would love to see color smart bulbs that can be used in landscape lighting. Built in holiday decorations from your phone.

There appears to be a problem with the Toad Data Modeler (v5.0.5.31) and landscape printing. When I try to send a model to the printer, I get the following error "The Margins are set outside of the printable are of the page. Do you want to continue". It may be possible that Toad Data Modeler is not sending the correct dimensions to the printer when landscape orientation is chosen, but I don't have a way to prove that.
