Job Title : .NET/Tridion Developer
Location : Seattle, WA
Duration : 12+ Months

Job Description:
SDL Tridion (particularly Tridion 2011), ADAM digital asset management
Any web CMS (particular consideration given for one of Gartner’s magic quadrant vendors i.e. OpenText, SiteCore, FatWire, etc.), Custom built web or other CMS
Any digital asset management system (particular consideration given for Gartner magic quadrant, again i.e. Adobe CQ5, Xynet etc.)
High-volume ecommerce integration with web CMS (millions of hits per hour, 1000s of new content items added daily, 1000s or content items updated daily.)
In-house photo studio production processes with DAM (>5k images produced per day), Business process management, workflow around photo studio production or web content managemen
In general the right candidate should have experience with MS stack: SQL server 2008 (or 2012, if any) IIS 7, .Net/C# etc.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers in the implementation of Tridion WCM and ADAM Digital Asset Management Vendor Package
Partner with business teams to gather and translate business functional requirements into technical solutions leveraging Nordstrom's enterprise application framework and Vendor Package software
Review and Approve project deliverables - Requirements, Design & Architecture, Code and Configurations
Understand the Technical issues related to the project and ensure timely resolution; coordinate cross team meetings when needed for issue resolution
Provide input to and/or own deliverables for project Test Phases and accurate estimates to management for development teams work
Identify critical path and manage task dependencies within project timeline
Collaborate with Project management on development status, priority setting and resource allocations to ensure project timelines are met
Partner and foster collaboration with IT, business partners, and internal and external parties throughout the project.
Review operating practices and procedures to ensure quality and overall IT efforts, provide suggestions for improvement to management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
5+ years of Sr. Developer experience with .Net (C#), SQL Server, XML, SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Workflow
2+ years of technical experience in enterprise scale Web Content Management Systems
Experience in using a variety of IT management tools such as TFS and in in how to follow, adhere to, and enhance a Software Development Methodology (Waterfall or Agile)
Proven experience in implementing configurable Vendor Software packages
