Updated a Widget in the Library...

So I'm not sure what the process is. So just checking...
I updated the widget jar file, source code zip by uploading it to the
proper folder (myip).
So, what causes the new jar to be linked with the library? When I
access it, it brings down the older version. I presume the librarian
(Steve) periodically checks for changes - not sure.
PS: WidgetFX is great stuff! When's the next contest? :)
