WidgetFX 0.1.8 release

3 builds in 3 (long) nights... This will be the last one for a short
while. :-)

The 0.1.8 WidgetFX Release contains the following fixes:

* Fixed the bug where widgets would dock even when the dock is
hidden. (issue 33 reported by Anuradha)
* The SlideShow now handles url encoded strings (%20) and "#"
characters correctly.
* Flash widgets no longer "stick" to the mouse when dragged out of
the dock
* Clicking on flash widgets in the dock now works correctly
