This is a known issue that happens relatively infrequently (probably a
race condition).

We are busy working on a 1.2 beta to be released sometime this
weekend... I will take a stab at fixing this in the process, so please
give that a try when it comes out.

By the way, thanks for reporting this and any other issues you find!

For the record it happens very frequently for me (at least half the
time). I guess that makes me a good test case :-)
