Just tweet or Facebook me a quick request for a forecast update or for short-term weather at a specific time or place, and I'll get back to you ASAP. For more complex situations or events, contact me by email with the time, location (as specific as possible, especially in the short-term) and nature of what you want me to forecast for, and I can provide you with customized updates--what many companies and event organizers pay many thousands of dollars for! You can also ask me a weather question or comment on our products anytime, and I'll be happy to reply.
