The 72K fun run on Aug. 10 is 12 laps of the 3.75 mile (6 km) marathon
loop found here.

It probably won't be marked. Be sure to record your time after 7 laps
if you want me to post your marathon time. If you decide to run 50
miles, it is 13 laps plus out and back to the normal location of the
fake rock (although there won't be one).
The start/finish of both races is the little pavilion with the
aluminum picnic tables and water fountain just east of the south
entrance to Wickham Park.
The 64 furlong fun run is 8 laps of the one mile road loop going
counterclockwise. We will start together heading east at 7:30 AM. When
the 72K turns right into the woods, the route splits and we will take
the second left going NW just before the dog park. I will have signs
along the course where you do the 8 burpees, situps, lunges, jumping
jacks, mountain climbers, jump squats, pushups, and pullups on each
lap. The pullup bar is to the right (east) side of the loop on the
exercise course, or you can use the monkey bars. If you can't do
strict pullups then do jumping pullups. The other exercises you can do
on the grass along the road or bike path. You can run on the road,
path, or on the grass along side.
