10 August 2019.

Start at 0730 the usual place.

No fee, no aid, no awards, no wimps fun run. Suggested distances are 72 km or 64 furlongs but you can run any distance you like. The 64 furlong race will be 8 laps of a 1 mile loop. On each loop you will do 8 burpees, 8 situps, 8 jump squats, 8 pushups, 8 lunges, 8 mountain climbers, 8 jumping jacks, and 8 pullups for a total of 64 reps of each exercise. (Guess who will be 64 on 8/8).

You're still a kid.  I didn't even begin running until I was 51.

By the way, Matt, are this year's 50-miler results going to be posted on the Wickham Park site?
I can't even remember my time.  Now that's the down side of getting old.

I was in Europe this Memorial Day weekend. Jeff Stephens hosted a fun run but nobody sent me any times. If you know yours, let me know and I will post to http://mattmahoney.net/wickham/wickham.html (marathon, 50, 100, or 200 miles only). 

FKT times are open year round. If you run between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends then I will post without an asterisk. Bonus if you do 50 laps of my 8 furlong birthday course :)

The 72K fun run on Aug. 10 is 12 laps of the 3.75 mile (6 km) marathon
loop found here. http://mattmahoney.net/wickham/wickham.html
It probably won't be marked. Be sure to record your time after 7 laps
if you want me to post your marathon time. If you decide to run 50
miles, it is 13 laps plus out and back to the normal location of the
fake rock (although there won't be one).

The start/finish of both races is the little pavilion with the
aluminum picnic tables and water fountain just east of the south
entrance to Wickham Park.

The 64 furlong fun run is 8 laps of the one mile road loop going
counterclockwise. We will start together heading east at 7:30 AM. When
the 72K turns right into the woods, the route splits and we will take
the second left going NW just before the dog park. I will have signs
along the course where you do the 8 burpees, situps, lunges, jumping
jacks, mountain climbers, jump squats, pushups, and pullups on each
lap. The pullup bar is to the right (east) side of the loop on the
exercise course, or you can use the monkey bars. If you can't do
strict pullups then do jumping pullups. The other exercises you can do
on the grass along the road or bike path. You can run on the road,
path, or on the grass along side.
