Matt, Jeff and I used the 3.75 mile loop yesterday. The weeds have been cut back and the trail is dry as a bone.

Sorry I missed it. I'll have to do a make-up day this week.

Mark,

We missed you slacker! It was great being back on the 3.75 loop ... we ran 15 miles then called it a day, albeit it was quite tempting to just keep on running laps with the terrific weather!

Interested in Jeff's Chain of Lakes idea followed by some trail running in Enchanted Forest?

I'm in for the Chain of Lakes/Enchanted Forest idea. That sounds
perfect. I've only logged about 30 laps on Enchanted Forest, all on the
same day last year, so familiarization is probably a good idea...

Chain of Lakes 5K + Enchanted Forest sounds like fun. I'm familiar with the course, having run a couple of hundred loops. I plan to head over after the 5K awards.

I wimped out yesterday at Wickham Park and only ran 11 miles.

Yeah, but you ran fast! Fast for me anyway, that's why I slow down for loops 3 and 4!
