Hi, thanks for this! :-)

Couple of questions:

1) Don't see it on downloads, I guess we need to build from source?
2) How is the source built? Opening up a working jar, it looks like
it's just a jar with the plugins.xml in META-INF. If so, would a
Maven project help here? (I'd be happy to contribute).

Just download it with idea plugin manager or manually from
http://plugins.intellij.net/plugin/?id=1545
