What steps will reproduce the problem?
Upgrade from IntelliJ IDEA EAP 132.197 to IntelliJ IDEA EAP 132.325

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IntelliJ IDEA EAP 132.325 crashes and can't start up

I also opened a YouTrack at JetBrains because I wasn't expecting the IDE to
go down just because a missing resource for a plug-in:

IntelliJ IDEA's team is blaming this on the plugin.

IDEA-114005 has been resolved as a duplicate of
http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-113844 "Internal error on startup".

you have to manually remove wicketforge.jar from
{user.home}/.IntelliJIdea13/config/plugins, restart the IDE and
download/install latest wicketforge version (currently 4.0.0.EAP-4)

I got that, just not happy about how IDEA decided to handle such plug-ins
problem :)
They exit quick without much indication to the user... I hope they
understand that.
