WWB for Wicket 1.5

I have started working on updating WWB for Wicket 1.5. I forked the code to my GitHub account:  https://github.com/wspeirs/wicket-web-beans

All the files except for a few are compiling (not sure if they're working). I'm new to Wicket and ever newer to WWB. Anyone out there want to help me get WWB updated for Wicket 1.5?

Hi Bill,

I had WWB roughly migrated before 1.5 was released but never
tested and commited it. I would advice you to ask Dan to be added as a
committer so your changes can be applied to the main codebase. This
way you keep in contact with other interested users who may help you.
Be aware that WWB-Databinder depends on Databinder which AFAIK is
not maintained anymore by its original author.

I have been in touch with the other Dan. I will merge my changes into the Google svn as to not confuse folks.
