Meeting Tuesday Jan 22

Hey everybody,

I hope everybody had a good holiday. I'd like to meet next week. I'd like to come out of the meeting with the following:

1. A decision on the tiers for sponsorship (names &  price for each level)

2. A list of speakers we will ask to present (I have a few, I'd like others to bring some ideas as well)

3. Ideas on keynote speakers.

4. A short list (3?) of hotels that we can partner with or block off rooms. I'd like to have the financial requirements for this at the meeting.

5. An answer on the vendor question for lunch on Saturday and Sunday as well as the financials for this.

6. A proposed "swag" budget. Work under the assumption of 400 attendees. As well as a proposal on the type of swag, (hats, t-shirts, etc...) and what vendor we will use for this.

Does Jan 22 work for everybody? We can push the start time ti 6:45pm to make it easier for everybody to get to the DockYard office.
