The meeting to decide about having meetings

Hey everybody,

Even though we have a year to make this conference happen I'd like to
kick things off sooner than later. I'd like to organize a meeting that
everyone is welcome to attend where we can discuss some of the big
ticket items and begint to delegate jobs to people. I can host at our
office next week after work. I think we can probably get through this
one in about an hour.

Let's aim for next Tuesday at 6:30pm. The DockYard office is at 101
Tremont St, Suite 200

I'll send out an agenda for the meeting later this week.

Would it be possible to send out a calendar invite? We can then indicate attendance by accepting the invite and have a central list of who will be attending.  We can also put the agenda in the event details in addition to mailing them out whenever they're ready.

I think people can just show up and it'll be OK without checking off attendance.

Sorry I can't make it tonight.

If you guys make enough progress to identify tasks and start to delegate tasks out to people, can you create some sort of sign up sheet and/or wiki page for those of us who couldn't attend tonight, but still want to help this year?

Or just assign me to do something that no one else wants to do and tell me later :)
