Dit is vir my baie verblydend dat ons jong forum so bedrywig en lewendig is, en dis vir my ook besonder lekker om met almal te gesels en alles te sien.

Maar, ek wil tog graag versoek dat ons sover moontlik probeer hou by die onderafdelings as ons post. Een van my doelwitte met die skep van die forum was dat dit ook 'n hulpbron en showcase vir versamelaars kon wees, en as ons almal (en ja, ek is ewe skuldig) so deurmekaar post en onbepaald aangaan met nuwe onderwerpe in bestaande threads sal dit haas onmoontlik wees om later weer enige foto of inligting te vind waarna jy dan soek.

So, die riglyn is: nuwe onderwerp, skep nuwe topic met beskrywende naam in toepaslike afdeling.

Fotos van versameling, met kort beskrywing insl. naam, model en datum van item in Gallery asb. 

Nuwe fondse en algemene besprekings in Lounge

Tegniese vrae / antwoorde / besprekings in Technical.

En gebruik tog die Classifieds, ons almal kort goed en het goed om te smous.

Hoe voel jy daaroor? Is daar enigiets anders wat ons kan bysit of verander om die forum beter te maak?

Post jy van 'n foon af, deur die email of van die forum se bladsy af?

There is a "Translate message to English"  button at the top of every Afrikaans language post which will give you the gist of the post, albeit somewhat quaintly. And you are always most welcome to post or reply in English. 

If you want a better translation, go to translate.google.co.za and copy and paste the text into it. Select Afrikaans as the source language.

I must admit that it is very refreshing for me as an Afrikaans speaker to be able to converse online in my mother tongue in contrast to the American and UK collectors forums, which I often frequent and very much enjoy. 

But please feel free to chime in anytime. This is after all your forum too and it will be much the poorer without your valued participation.

Ja, Werner, dit sal nogal baie help, want ek het nie die vermoee om ander mense se posts te verskuif na ander afdelings toe nie. Elkeen kan wel sy eie posts edit en verskuif.
