I bought this grand old lady of lanterns yesterday. Thanks, Johan!

It is marked AC, which is 1938.

After a full disassemble, clean and rebuild, I fired it up tonight.

It is quierter than a Primus 1020, louder than a Tilley and provides as much light as the 1020 and more than the Tilley.

What I still need is a correct size glass for it: 130x130mm.

Before. It came with a Coleman 660 globe.
