Greetings friends, clients, and colleagues!  I wanted to make you all aware of the services newly provided by Kimberly Marstall, a Wichitan returned home, who brings much needed expertise to our community in the areas of nutrition science and exercise physiology. She has subleased space in my office and I look forward to having her collaborate in the care of our clients with eating and exercise disorders. Kim doesn't mention this in her bio (see below in red) but she's also an athlete and has recently taken up triathlon training. I've encouraged Kim to make contact with Run Wichita and the Triathlon Club and I'm sure she would welcome any other suggestions of communities or organizations that are in need of her areas of expertise.

Please feel free to contact her directly and to send on her info to those who may find it of benefit!

My name is Kimberly Marstall and I am a Nutritionist returning back to my home town of Wichita after a 12 year leave of absence. I have been working as a Nutritionist/Exercise Physiologist in a private practice setting since 2002 in Denver, CO. I got my start in the industry after successfully working with several doctors who made it clear there was a huge need for nutritional education. I have worked with a variety of clients ranging in age from 5 to 90 on topics including: obesity, weight gain, sports nutrition, eating disorders, autoimmune diseases, food allergies and basic health education. I also have addressed exercise prescription and structural adaptation exercises for specific individuals.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kansas in Exercise Physiology. I also completed my graduate studies from Colorado State University in Human Nutrition. I am a member of the American Dietetics Association and a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I annually attend more than 50 continued education hours focusing on nutritional care and structural concerns.

Now I am back around family and friends in a city that has always been considered home. I just opened my doors for business and I am looking forward to addressing the nutritional/exercise needs of the community. I can be best contacted at 316-630-8243 or kmar...@hotmail.com.
