Wis 113 was closed from Wis 19 to CTH M and lane-restricted on down to
Knutson from April until September. After completion of a major project
like this, I was surprised yesterday to find it again lane-restricted
(at least southbound) in the vicinity of Murphy's.
Anybody know what they're doing there, or why they couldn't have done
it as part of the summer-long project?
