Shaftesbury University of today is a diploma mill.

founded in 1890 during the reign of Queen Victoria as an educational
centre for those aspiring to the highest academic standards of
achievement."
In the above notation, Shaftesbury University is using the same
duck and weave technique used by fraud, Ken Pangborn, (http://
www.aboutkenpangborn.com) who falsely claims to have a bona fide
masters degree in psychology from there. NO ONE has a bona fide
degree from Shaftesbury University. The place is not accredited and
is a known diploma mill. It doesn't even require students to attend
classes. It is a "write a check - get a fake diploma" scam
organization. Shaftesbury University bought the Shaftesbury House
BUILDING that was built in 1890 and named itself after same. It is
part of the University Degree Program (UDP) that is an unaccredited
consortium of diploma mills run by Americans Jason and Caroline
Abraham (of Brooklyn, New York; also known by their Hebrew names
Yaakov and Chaya Rochel) beginning in the 1990s. In 2004, The
Chronicle of Higher Education called UDP the "granddaddy" of diploma
