Don't buy your fish from the pet stores - they are over priced and the
quality is not good. We have been breeding koi for over five years and have
various colors and sizes.

What are your prices and where are you located?

We are located in DeForest (which is a couple miles east of Madison
right off I90/94). I have koi and shubunkin (which are beautiful three
color gold
fish). The shubunkin are the size of big perch, and colors are mostly blue
three color mixes. Last years baby Koi sell for $4.00 to $7.00, two year
koi are from $12.00 to $15.00, full size adults run from $20.00 to $60.00.
The colors I have in stock you will rarely find in a pet store. The
shubunkin sell for $3.00 to $12.00 from babies to adults. Again you would
have to see these colors to appreciate them. In a large cooler you could
easily make it from my house to Milwaukee. Let me know if you are
interested, and I'll supply my telephone number.

Koi fish is domesticated version of common carp. This fish is most famous by its beautiful colors that have been created via selective breeding. I know pet store quality is not good. Get more information http://www.pondpro2000.com/epdm-pond-liner.html
