Lost contact with Wi-reach classic

After resetting the device ((rev 1.2) to factory settings, Wi-Reach Classic cannot be approached anymore since it is not announcing itself by a SSID name when switched on. Has anyone a solution as how to revive the device again and being able to enter its 192.168.0.1 page ?
