After resetting the device ((rev 1.2) to factory settings, Wi-Reach
Classic cannot be approached anymore since it is not announcing itself
by a SSID name when switched on. Has anyone a solution as how to
revive the device again and being able to enter its 192.168.0.1 page ?

Thanks,
Andre

Andre,
Have you been able to restore your unit back to Internet mode?

I have the same problem!!! Today I decided to reset my Wi-Reach,
following the RESET procedure, outlined in the manual. Everything was
working as described and in the described sequence, tracked visually
by the flashes. However, after reset, when the only (expected) LED on
was the Power LED (solid red), the device could not be found!
I repeated the RESET procedure two times, each time the device was
responding according to the RESET instruction - nonetheless, this did
not help!
Please HELP!!!!!
Is there a way to reset the device through the USB port? So far it is
not recognized by Windows 7 but, perhaps, there is a method?

Sincerely,
yury k.

Yury,

Please make sure to remove the modem from the USB port before
restoring your device to its factory defaults, as described in the
user manual. If the Wi-REACH Classic still doesn't show on the list of
available WiFi networks please write directly to
wir...@connectone.com.
