I've got a LUU-2100TI modem that shows supported by the Wi-Reach
Classic. Today I got in my unit and it does not work with it. I
downloaded the latest firmware update and still I get a simple red
flashing light on the Wi-Reach classic Net light. Documentation shows
that this means unsupported modem. Is there a modem update file also
that I need along with the firmware?

This modem is not yet supported by the Wi-REACH Classic in the current
release firmware of 808q30. There is good probability that Connect One
can support your modem if you send additional info. You can contact
