I'm interested in your product but didn't see my 3G USB modem in your
supported list. Is this because it's known not to work or because it
just hasn't been tested? Is there any chance it would work?

David Hi,
It is not on the list since Connect One has not tested it. There still
is a chance that it works as-is. In addition, as we constantly
continue to test and add additional modem support to the WiReach
Classic, we will post a modem-support file on the Connect One Website.
The modem-support file is downloadable into the WiReach.

the 595U should work with the Wi-REACH.
It's a CDMA modem, so you need to make sure the Wi-REACH firmware
version is 8.08.q11 or higher.
The modem is 1.5" wide, so it may be a tight fit into the modem slot
on the Wi-REACH since it is also 1.5" wide - but it should fit. In
case there is a problem, there is also a right-angle USB adapter which
will allow you to connect the modem to the Wi-REACH.

If you decide to buy it, follow the instructions in the manual how to
configure a CDMA modem with your cellular provider info.
