Custom SSL Certificate support lets you deliver content over HTTPS using your own domain name and your own SSL certificate. Zone apex support gives you the ability to point the root of your website to a CloudFront distribution. Learn More »   AWS achieves FedRAMPSM Compliance AWS has received two FedRAMP authorizations from the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), one applicable to the AWS US East/West regions and the other applicable to the AWS GovCloud (US) Region. Leveraging the HHS authorizations, U.S. government agencies can evaluate AWS for their applications and workloads, complete their own authorizations to use AWS, and deploy systems into the AWS environment.
