Regarding Calls

Hi All,

We scheduled the teleconference on Online Marketing since you were interested in discussing on the topic. We joined the conference on time waited for 20 minutes but nobody joined.

It is possible many people were either not aware or have simply forgotten. From our end, we will try to give advance notice of such events, at the same time we expect that you also join the call and in case you are unable to do so, just inform us in advance. This will save us time in future.

We can reschedule this call next Saturday or Sunday at 2 pm as convenient.

        Its nice that you have arranged a conference and waited for us to join.But the fault you made is, you had send the conference  ph no after 3 while starting the conference.Many people don't come online at that time, they usually prefer during evenings from 6 p.m-10 p.m.Because they want to spend their  day with friends and relatives by watching films , making shopping etc.

       If you are arranging a conference, please try to send the ph. no . a day before  or atleast 10 hours before starting the conference.please intimate me if their are any such programs  going on via internet or phone  to improve my knowledge .

Appreciate that. We will send the conference details in advance from now on. Even this time, I believe you confirmed in your email on Saturday that you are free at 3 pm on Sunday for the call, so thought you would be joining. Do let us know in case you want to schedule this call on some other time.....we can work it out whatever is convenient.
