The page's URL is assigned at first time it is created/saved. And it
is unchanged even we later rename the page title.

Attach picture shows results from different email subjects.

Correct one is the subject "Re: Discussion on {page url}".
Email subject "Re: {page name}" goes to another discussion having topic
of same title.
Email subject "Re: {page url}" goes to another discussion having topic
title as {page url}.

{page url} means portion of page name in the whole URL link.

Also note that for a page having its name portion in URL as "abcdefg",
its discussion title shows as "Discussion on abcedfg" in Discussion
section, and display as "abcdefg - Discussion" inside the discussion
itself.
