Hello everyone,

You've all probably received your deposit letter by now - if not you
should soon. Of course I wasn't able to think of and address all
questions people would have and they've already started coming in. I
wanted to post them here so we could all discuss possible resolutions.
And maybe some of you too have unanswered questions. Maybe we could
come up with a Q&A sheet and email it out to those who have provided
email addresses.

1) Does the picnic cost anything?
2) Can we go to one and not the other? Yes.
3) What if we don't know if we'll have a date?
4) Do we have to send $50 just in case? OR
5) Can we pay for that person at a later date?
6) If we send a $50 deposit now and don't have a date next year, can
the $50 be applied toward the final price of my ticket?

If anyone has anything they'd like to add, please do.

-Kym

The picnic is being researched. Because there will be a cost for the
park (and if the committee wants to have some food provided) there
WILL be a cost per person for the picnic, however, I am estimating
between $5 and $10

The reply letter did got give that option, but it is an option!

We have a date and hopefully the place is being booked as we speak!

Please send your $50. We need the funds to book a place.... they
require a deposit!

People can sign up and pay later, we are just trying to get some funds
to start up!

The $50 will be applied to the reunion for you. If YOU have to
cancel, we will not be able to refund you.

Thanks Kym for all your hard work on the letter! I know it is hard to
answer all questions!
