Anyone know if the siyum videos have been posted to the website or sent out by email yet?  If so, sorry, as I must have missed it.  I would like to share with family and friends though.

Hi Y'all,

Sorry for the radio silence... summer activities have taken over!!  I am excited to see y'all this Fall and hear all about the rest of Summer Fun!! 

For ease and to ensure we meet in Sept we have decided to schedule Erica for our first 3 session Unit. Please fill out the Poll here - http://doodle.com/bmpaitmc8q4uch55

Please fill this out ASAP (by Friday if possible) so that we can get on Erica's schedule.

Additionally the first survey was answered by 18 people and requires some follow up but here are the results: 

1. Yes we should all commit to all classes and hold each other accountable.

2. We meet 1 time a month.

3.  Yes to spouses and they can be optional. yes to 2 sessions open to alums. Maybe 2 sessions with just our class/no spouses.

4. Times and days of week are all over the map with Thurs from 7-930 getting 10 of the 18 votes.

5. Split between homes and conference room. (Maybe person/people hosting gets to decide?)

6. We will sometimes include dinner depending on situation.  Again leave it up the host(s)?

7. Majority agrees there should be a cost but need to figure out if scale/sponsors/etc

8. 10 people are willing to be on a committee and 5 people said yes to planning 1 class only

9. Yes to Shabbaton/trip but need a separate survey for that!

10. We will have plenty of teacher/speaker connections....

Glad you are having a good summer!

Thank you for sending out the survey and for all this great info. Thursdays are not great for me, but I will definitely try to make as many as I can. I can't wait to see everyone and hear all of your summer stories.

If everyone can fill out the doodle by today that would be extra great. Erica says she's already gotten some requests for some of those dates from other teaching opportunities and we would need to give her our dates by tomorrow if we want first dibs.

I've updated the poll to reflect only the dates that Erica is available, I included several which don't work for Erica by mistake.  If you can change your availability to coincide with hers please update your entry on the poll!
