I am writing to inform you that NIIT is conducting a mass recruitment drive for HDFC Bank for the position of Customer Experience Executive (Assistant Manager grade). To provide more information about the job profile and selection process, we are organizing an online recruitment drive and would like to invite eligible students to join the Microsoft Teams meeting.

Job Roles
- Responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering bank’s products, providing service to existing and New To bank customers in the branch
- Required to engage with existing customers of Bank which are mapped to their portfolio for offering additional products
- Expected to process customer transactions and Service requests within defined turnaround time (TAT) and ensure end to end closure
- Introduce customers to alternate channels of banking such as Internet Banking, mobile banking, WhatsApp banking etc.
Designation
- Role - Customer experience executive (Retail Branch Banking)
- Grade: Asst. Manager
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 50% aggregate.
- Good English communication skills
- Academic gap is allowed
- Age should be between 20-28 years
- Candidates having Aadhar card from following states are Not eligible – Telangana, Andhara Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu..
Package
- Starting Salary of Rs. 4.40 LPA.
