Team,

See below. We have the 13th draft for the 20x20.

Let me know your preferences in order.
I will consult with the draft committee (ted and wright) once I receive them.

Subject: 2016 Hogs Plot Draft Rules, Draft Order & MAP

Good Evening Hogs!

We're a week away from the biggest Pre-Hogs Beer Bust of them all: The Plot Draft.  Saturday January 16 from 11am-3pm, the Hogs will be taking over Nola Brewery once again.  The Rules and the Plot Map of the Pigpen are separately attached on this email.  Remember to bring some chairs out there with you if you plan on staying awhile.

Now, let's get some tickets sold!  Many of yall are still sitting on doughnuts. Hell, even I have 3 friends, GET MOVING!  We will be releasing the Band Dates and Times Monday AM.  That gives you till midnight Sunday to rack up some credits as the heavy weighted shadow credit period ends!

New teams, we know most the old hats so please be sure to intro yourselves to myself and Rene at the Draft.  Rene will have the Official Rulebook for the event ready next week.

Let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you Laura for all the hard work and sleepless nights on the map!!!  Map is similar to last year but had to make a few VooDoo weather related adjustments.

Together, we can do something great.

If we want to be in the same general area we have been the past few years, 39B, 40B, and 41B are our only options. Those would be my preference.

One thing to consider is how the huge plots (60x40 and 80x40) are going to change the landscape. Some of the smaller plots may get completely swallowed by those big ones. Definitely want to ensure we don't get lost in the crowd.

The order is determined by the previous year's fundraising total then by who registered and paid.

The draft is dictated to an extant by money raised (a couple of spots) and 2nd because I was driving when the draft was opened and had a 9:00 meeting that I ran into. Since I have an Amex card with a chip in it, PayPal wouldn't except payment, so Colin let me use his pay pal - which I paid back in 25 minutes - to front the money. All of this caused us to slip in the draft.
